What a busy week and back to eating rubbish again! I am going to the old allotment for a bit and then down to the new allotment for a bit longer and eating sandwiches or something on the go- who says ladies who've retired have an easy life...... And then I come home and can't be bothered doing anything, so I'm not filling in my diary as I should. Well the weather will probably worsen in a couple of weeks and hopefully I'll have got most of the veg from the old plot and just pottering on the new plot and I can slow down a bit, fingers crossed.

stop being naughty, always find time to fill in your food diary it does 2 things, firstly it records you habits and trends but also if you are honest it puts down on paper to the whole of the ci,,umity what you are eating, its the same as going to a weight watchers meeting and having to stand up in from of everyone and tell what you are eating, yes its used as a guilt trip, but it works.

It does work. My motivation is seeing green arrows after my weekly weigh-ins. You can do it!
