Forgot to get on here over the weekend as I am out of practice. It was NOT a good weekend as there was so much going on. I went to a different church on Saturday for a women ministry event in the morning. Grabbed fast food lunch and then a awful supper of hot dogs. Followed with going to church Sunday, then out for brunch with hubby and daughter before moving onto driving 2 hours to a wedding shower for my sister in law. Junkie food there and then 2 hours back home alone in a car drinking Mt Dew which I had previously given up. Found out I really don't like it anymore which is a good thing. Home for supper which was leftovers. Now need to move ahead without any guilt. What is done is done.

I don't much care for sugary sodas anymore either, even when I'm completely derailed. That make me feel so yucky. Sounds like a busy weekend. I'm going to follow your lead and move forward without any guilt also. Have a good day!
