“Most people quit because they look how far they have to go, not how far they have come.”Anonymous// this is nice quote that reminded me of myself today. We all feel bumped out sometimes and i was just telling my bff about how there have been so many days I've wanted to throw in the towel. I miss baking cakes every weekend and rice and tortillas (im Hispanic lol). But then I'm reminded of how far I've come and that flame reignites in me. I've grown so much these last 9 months and it can only get better..
Everyone's gone for the day and I have the house to myself. The downside is I don't have a car to get to the gym which was my plan for today, but I've come up with an alternative plan. I plan to walk up to my store,a few blocks away and back, that with some house work can count towards cardio then I can do some abs, bc I have a ball and a medicine ball, practice some planks and then some shoulders with the small weights I have here then I plan to finish it off with a brisk walk in the park tonite before the sun goes down.Who says you need a gym to work out? I've read about a lot of at home work outs and I'm excited to finally try one and test my discipline. After all that I'm making some fajitas and sausage for dinner and some mini meatloaves and vegetable "hash" for the weekend. its a recipe outta of the south beach book but its always been one of my favorites and I finally found some decent zucchini.

Hope everyone has a awesome Sunday ! Make the most out of your day!!

I agree. I also like to think 'if I give up now, I'll have to start it all over later'. Gives me a panicky feeling.
