Jenny7's Journal, 08 September 2015

It has been 26 days since I have smoked. It has been a challenge and I find my self hungry and snacking a lot. Today, I decided to start count calories again and take this weight loss seriously. If I can make 26 days not cigarettes. I can try to attempt to follow calorie counting and adding exercise to my routine. I do want to say it has been awhile since I have been to this site. I hope this works out.

I used to be a smoker,so very well done to you.You have made it to the point where it is easier going forward than backward ,just consider it midstream. Soon you will get to the point where just the smell of stale cigarette smoke makes you sick. You look over young,so try some yoga and a simple breathing technique, and think how many good years you are adding to your life.Good job and we'll find to you.

Great job!!! It gets easier, just give it time. I smoked for 9 years, and I have been smoke free for a little over four years now. It is hard in the beginning, but after a few months the cravings will leave and you will find yourself really grossed out by the smell and thought of smoking.

Congratulations for stopping smoking. Those things are evil. Eventually the cravings will subside and you will be healthier and happier. Best of luck

Excellent for you that you quit smoking! Yep, I think you have grown willpower muscles so the dieting/exercise part probably won't be near as hard.

Joi3 - there are "x" buttons right by each food entry that you can click and delete that food item.
