So far I have done very good.. yesterday was 2 weeks since I started my 1500/day diet and my weight loss meds, I have to admit I am very proud of myself because I have done good,I have managed to keep it under the 1000 calories per day instead of the 1500... it has been a struggle with my kids being on vacation and us having movie night at home almost every day. I started 2 weeks ago weighing 226 lbs and yesterday I weighed in at 218.9, that is approximately 7 lbs less. I see my Dr on the 27th for my monthly appt and our goal was 18 lbs for the month. I have 11 more lbs 2 go and only 2 weeks left and honestly I'm a bit stressed out about it, I have not exercised at all so I better get started right? Is anyone else on phentermine? Is it ok to do cardio?
