I started feeling better since losing some weight, so good I started exercising. But I have gained this week...can that be muscle? I look thinner. Not sure what to think.

It depends on how long you've been exercising. The gain could be water retention from your muscles working hard. I go by how my clothes fit and measurements more than weight. And, if you're feeling good then you're doing good. :)

Keep on doing that positive combo you've got going on! Especially the exercising! Being a pound is a pound, let's make it a good pound...I'll join in on more exercising too! Thanks :-)
