Well my demo at cake club went great and they really liked it. I felt better as soon as I was done, so it must have been nerves. I was surprised since they are all cake decorators and it all seemed so basic. But I guess since they decorate with fondant they don't need to do borders much. I started out before fondant was so popular so I learned borders from the start.

But... people brought sweets, more than usual, and they were comparing recipe with home made vanilla flavoring made with either vodka or rum. I had one cupcake and one cookie. I used to quickly over indulge in both, but they were way too sweet! You know it didn't increase my calories by much but my carbs went way up! Boy did my blood sugar go up when I got home! I could have been on a sugar rush! Its good today.

Had a rough night though with cramps and bad dreams. (maybe the sugar?) Well, today is a new day! Lets go out there and face it and show it who is boss! Time to do my Bible reading and more prayer then hit the road running, metaphorically speaking!
