Finally back to where I was with 3 pounds to my first goal weight. Will need to burn 900 calories more today through Friday then just 400 calories extra Mon-Fri to lose a pound a week. Looks like a half hour of housework, 30 min of pushing the stroller around the street, 30 min chasing and playing with the kids.
