I am not going to step on the scale today. I feel good after eating so clean all week and I don't want to be disappointed if I haven't dropped a significant amount. I have worked out hard every day and besides feeding my chocolate cravings with a "treat" NOT a "cheat" yesterday,I am doing okay. A little worried about how to handle a pizza dinner at my moms tonight. I will have to think about that...
