I find myself leaning more towards Weight Watchers again. Seems to be more satisfying than Atkins for now. Althoough I will try to stay in it for the 2 wks. before I transition. I found all my booklets from when I was a member at one time and it made me want to go back to that type of diet as a lot of the food are more fresh foods and being that we are in the hottest days of summer, those quick salad foods and fruits sound very refreshing. We will see how it goes.

Induction is a great jump start and you can see the most weight loss in a the quickest period of time. You can start at phase 2 which would allow you to have berries and cantaloupe just count the carbs and follow the rules for how to add carbs during this phase. The best part of following this WOE is that you don't really have to feel like you are doing without. I never thought this time last year that I could be where I am right now. My blood chemistries are really good and I have exceeded my goal. If you bounce around on Atkins it will mess you up. Your body responds best the first time. Unlike calorie counting, point counting, low fat etc. Atkins is based on science and you are switching from carbohydrates to ketones to fuel your body. The results are: you are less hungry and your blood sugar is more stable, more energy, less brain fog. You will see a big difference in being less bloated. I weigh 10 pound more than I did when I wore this size before. I'm tighter and it's not because of exercise because I am still working on getting that in and I haven't. Stick it out. I've lost 54 pounds in less than 8 months and I'm middle aged.
