Back and forth. I want to lose weight. I don't want to. Well, I think I'm done with the back. I'm going forward. It's time to male the next step. I'm making alot of positive changes in my life. Time to make this one, and take it seriously. No more excuses.

May just join Weight Watchers for the extra help for a while.

This sounds familiar, lol. I used to go back and forth alot...one week I would be like "This is who I am, I am just going to be happy with it." and the next be like "This isn't me, I need to lose weight." So crazy! But good for you for making the choice and taking the first step toward a healthier life!

You can get a lot of extra help on FS without the cost. We have a lot of successful weight loss people who never thought they could do it. Try to avoid packaged foods and just eat whole foods keeping under your RDI for a week. See if that helps. Mini goals help. Aim for one to two pounds a week. Rooting for you!!
