I have been off Fat Secret since October 2014. I have maintained the same weight for that time. I will be journaling my diet again because that seems to work for me and I am once again helping someone else with their diet journey. It is Thursday April 9th 2015 and I weighed in at 192.6 lbs. I will be weighing in on Friday which is tomorrow.
