liv001's Journal, 08 December 2022

Back after a short trip to the Canadian prairies. It was fun. But got super cold at the end so it was nice to come back here again.

Got some meds to deal with my asthma which I do not know where came from since I really have not suffered from it since I was a teen. So now I can back to some running again YEAH

Diet wise I did not really follow anything. Back to stricter low carb now. Clothes still fitting. But should step on the scale and get a number down.

I have decided that I should embrace my yo-yo-ing. My average yearly weight is pretty good even if I gain some weight (too much weight) at times.

Prairie Walk from when it still was nice. I do like the mountains but big blue sky is pretty stunning as well

BC & PacNW homes are prone to all kinds of molds & dust mites with the high humidity levels. Hope you figure the asthma thing out. Probably not pollen this time of year but get ready for that in the Spring.

Don't think it's that unusual to fluctuate a bit. I often put on a couple of pounds in the winter that comes off in the spring. I refer to it as my mammal fat 😂 Or sometimes I get off my game and then reel it back in. If you're doing good on average, it's probably fine

My asthma is acting up too. I think it is some kind of mild sub-clinical bug for me.

The doctor said oh it can be anything and wrote me a prescription for the asthma. LOL. Well it is working
