not following close enough and ive paid the price. i now know where my balance is, but im at OWL not lifetime maintance. ive been at the gym lifting more. Maybe I can fool myself into thinking its muscle gain. Also my back has taken a hit for 2 weeks and im taking steroids again.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
