No worries, it was to be expected. Just got back from a 2.5 week trip in St. Louis. I did six food challenges during that time, in addition to making other not so healthy choices.

But I will not let this get me down, for it actually excites me! I have another opportunity to see what works best for me to burn as much fat as quickly and as effortlessly as possible. Eventually I would like to use this experience to show others how to live a healthier life, whether they do food challenges or not!

For the next week I will be going very low carb, with carbs coming mostly from leafy greens.

Fats - grass-fed butter, coconut oil, mct oil, eggs, and fish oil.

Proteins - Chicken, eggs, greek yogurt & protein powder dessert, various venison products which are homemade.

Exercise - 3-4 weight training session / week , maybe 1-2 HITT workouts (if my body is up for it).
230.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
