Started working out yesterday 2/2/15. I walked for 20mins, did 100 crunches and leg lifts. I really felt good knowing i was able to accomplish it. Today I work up feeling good, no aches and pains. I plan to use my 7 day pass and then join the gym. I have been thinking about joining for awhile but now have my mind made up. I would like to drop 40lbs by June. I pray I can do it :)
