Breathing is the most important exercise that I do on a daily basis. I can't tell you how many times I breathe each day but its a lot. So why does it seem I take this exercise so much for granted? Is it because I forget I am breathing? So, it is ironic to me how many calories I burn by doing something so simple and so important that I take it for granted on a daily basis.
