I am so excited! I got on the scale today and I weight 172.5 a big difference from 185 in April 29. Dieting and exercise is really hard but seeing that number this morning makes it worth all the work.

Who knew that losing 12.5lbs would make me feel so good. I feel healthier, more in control, calm and strong! I no longer feel that being healthy is such a drag. It’s actually pretty simple. I feel more knowledgeable of the things that are good/bad for me and that is the most important thing, know how the foods I eat impact my body and mind.
