Don't despair! I semi-regularly eat everything in the house so it's not there to be eaten any more. Just don't restock as much, or restock healthier options, and try to hold out a little longer next time. You can do it :)

I did that over New Years Eve with some fudge. I ate it, enjoyed it & got back on track the next day. I tell myself at those moments that it's ok to have an occasional cheat day (no more than once a week) & it's akin to calorie cycling, ie: good for the metabolism :-D. You will succeed as long as you carry on where you left off the next day! :-)
