I just realized I’m back in the green for the first time in 10 years. I sure hope I can continue!

Just read your bio. Congrats on your weight loss thus far and dramatically reducing the need for medication and allopathic treatments in general. Keep up the good work! I believe you could regain more than you know (and I don’t mean pounds!).🤗🇨🇦
