I honestly believe that we all hit that bump in the road at some time or another, just keep holding on it will pass. I think I am in the ending stage of it now. We are here for you.

You just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. And while you may not care now you will in the future. That may lead to even more discouragement. Don't give up.

The Halloween-Thanksgiving one-two punch makes everyone kinda toxic I think. (Maybe these feasts made sense back when everyone got around by walking and there were fewer machines in our lives?) Get some fresh air, and hang in there!

Hang in there Hoosier, don't lose sight of the big picture. You have done great with your weight loss over a good period of time. Try not to let feelings that are temporary and fleeting overshadow that. This can be a difficult time of year. One day at a time, it will pass.

If you are like me, be on the look out for self-sabotaging behaviors. Don't worry about the "goal" looming ahead of you and look instead of how far you have come. 96, 97, 100... they are really just arbitrary numbers. You've made a major accomplishment in your life that many people would not have the strength or willpower to achieve, even if you never lost another pound! And I have faith that you will.
