T minus and counting -89.6 pounds (in 207 days-- that is .432 lbs a day loss) or is it T minus and counting 33.8 (about 78 days from now <Jan 13>) (or 58.8 about 136 days <March 12th> ) lbs <depends on what the doc will say when I get to my first goal of 250.....

In the last month, I have only lost .23 lbs a day-- slowing up a bit compared to when I first began-- first month I was losing about .45 lbs a day... Also that Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up- and that will not help my weight loss as well... yeah kind of fearing those two days-

My biggest "gripe" that I have is that I can not "cheat" for a day without my body reacting towards it. Even If I stay under my RDI (calorie intake goal), my body knows and it will react. Recently I did not eat the most healthy foods, and yet stayed under (ate bout 1750 calories for the day) and I gained about 3 pounds! One day of cheating takes three to five days of getting it off...

Told my wife that I was kind of jealous of her, since she can "cheat" for a day, and it does not affect <or is it effect> her body weight as much as it does mine-- but she is jealous of me due to my weight loss.. (yes I am proud of her and her weight loss)...

Yes my cheat food that I do not count is salad... and yes I have low fat dressing (which is lower in calories than the light dressing).. "western" brand.. that has helped my munchies late at night..
