okay, 9 days vegan, no gluten, no sugar, no caffeine, breathing stretching relaxing yoga, mowing the yard, raking leaves cleaned out the gutters, cleaned up the roof, gathering up stuff to sell, little light headed at times ,emotional like big time. Still drinking distilled water I know this is so good for my body. I'm using organic hemp,for protein, also chorella, wheatgrass, spirilina, organic Pea protein, fresh fruits vegetables and nuts Organic when I can get them sometimes the store is out and I have to buy regular vegetablesand fruit and I don't like to buy stuff that has been fumigated with pesticides, you can only do what you can do they have poisoned our water or soil and our air do the best you can nothing is really organic anymore because they had poisoned our soil air and water
127.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
