Didn't expect this quick loss in such a short space of time but weighing of portions and staying within the green parameters of the GI index proves it can be done. 2 jeans sizes down too! As I progress in discovering the best food choices, I am steering more and more towards abstaining from meat. Fish has been the mainstay, along with beans, pulses and fresh veggies. This can only be a good thing I hope...
