So, I am not quite back to pre-pregnancy weight, but not that far off. I’d love to lose 19 more pounds though. I have been doing Weight Watchers since April and have lost 11 pounds. About a month ago I really committed to my exercise and have been running and doing a bootcamp type workout 2-3 times a week as well. For me it is really the exercise that does the trick to losing the weight and not so much food because I eat healthy most of the time.
I met a friend at the park with her daughter last week and Thompson really enjoyed swinging!
