I think I maybe obssesed with counting calories and this website. I have been logged on for most of the day. Checking foods that I can eat and those that I can't. Will I have enough calories in the day for this? Should I eat that? "growwwl" Why won't my stomach be quite?! Is it 10 am yet? Can I have my snack? It's only 9:30! No! I can do it, I can wait until 10 am. I am having 5 pretzel penut butter nuggets! It's only 9:40! Oh well. Let's hope that I get better at this or I will be a basket case by the time I reach my goal.

Here is my schedule
8am breakfast
10am snack
12pm lunch
2pm snack
4pm "Dinner" (Not really 'cause who has dinner @ 4pm)
6pm snack.
8pm should not eat anything but the likelyhood is that I will have cereal.
