I know that I need to eat three meals a day.. but, is it bad that I really do not want too? I get hungry at work, that is when I eat the most (since I work at a fast food place-- I bring my own lunch in, it is hard to believe how much I can eat with "good calories" compared to what I ate before my life style change)...
Any my weight has not changed since yesterday.. I am still at 316.4 lbs.. but I had less sleep as well, last night... Long day today..lol...

You don't need to eat 3 meals a day. A lot of time I do 16/8 fasting and have lunch and dinner only but use all my calories in that time. I try to use different techniques .i read about on here to see if they help me when I reach a plateau. I don't think there is any one size fits all program.

You don't NEED to eat 3 meals a day. I do 16/8 fasting most days. I only eat during my 8 hours and that usually is just lunch and dinner. You gotta do whats right for you.

Yes, you should take 2-3 bites of food even though you are not hungry. Too, lack of sleep plays a major part in not being able to lose weight. Should get 8 hours a night. If you drink coffee/tea before you go to sleep, try just drinking water instead. Congrats on re-losing some of what you have regained. Happy Zzzzz!

Ditto, we have been told we need to eat 3 regular or even 5 small meals a day, but I do alternate day fasting/low carb, feel better than I have in a long time and continued to lose. Sometimes by the time I am finishing up a regular eating day, I am actually looking forward to the fast day. Our ancestors certainly didn't get 3 squares a day, as a species we are built to handle that.

Everyone is different but I do better when I eat 3 "meals" a day. I tell myself that what I am eating is a "meal" even if what I consume is a slice of cheese and a piece of fruit. I have found that the "fat secret" for me is to PREVENT hunger not to satisfy it. I am NOT a breakfast person but if I eat a little something I can stave off hunger.

You need to eat 3 times a day, 5-6 would be even better. Many studies have shown when you skip meals or fast your body slows down your metabolism, as it is unsure when it will receive fuel again. On the other hand, eating frequently will raise your metabolism as in your body thinks you have a constant supply of fuel, so no need to hang on to the old fuel. Hope that helps! Keep on eating the good stuff, and it doesnt have to be all salads. I eat a lot of baked chicken breast and sweet potatoes. I do them in big batches on the weekend and put them in Ziplocs for quick small meals at work. Can be microwaved but I usually eat both cold. Also cottage cheese or yogurt with fresh strawberries or blueberries and maybe a few almonds (literally I count out 7 almonds) for a good fat. Good luck!
