Yesterday, it was a date with my wife at a local Mexican restaurant- in which I blew my diet- and today is a pitch in dinner at church-- will try to be on my best behavior today- and eat responsibly--
Need the diet police.. to yell at me "Roger, put the fork down, and move away from the food!!!" LOL

Considering all of the great foods, did not do too bad.. could have been a lot worse!!! :-D-- I could have done better, but a lot worse as well,..,,
