Quick question.. on my weight section.. after the chart I see the date that I weighed myself, How closely Did I follow the diet, and then a red line.. but recently I am seeing a yellow line.. what does the red and yellow stand for? Just wondering

It means you're getting closer to your goal! The longer your line gets, the more weight you have lost, and the closer you get to your goal. The colors are just there as a motivation to push you along the way!

It is GOOD that your line has changed colors. The red color is first. Then yellow. I can't remember what the third color is but I recall that the color closest to one's goal is GREEN! Go for the green!

I have been thinking about the color of the line next to our weigh ins. These remind me of the color strips we use to test the chemicals in our hot tub. Ha! Ha!

You got closer to your goal! It's orange (you'll see yellow in a bit, less then a pound down for me and I'll be in yellow, woot!) WAY TO GO! That line means you are doing awesome!

Yep, it goes red, orange, yellow and then ? I don't know, I just turned yellow this week and actually squealed when I saw it! So yes, yellow is awesome. Congratulations!
