Yay... another lb down! I haven't been the best on my diet since my contest ended... but have been more active over the last week, so I guess it balanced out... I would be psyched to get a lb a week if I could... of course, the more the better!!!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
