"Blew" (in my mind) my diet on Thursday.. Friday is a new day...(went over 239 calories)...

OK, color me confused. Either the system hasn't updated or you're working on a different RDI than what's in the system. Maybe you're working toward an RDI of 1800? Either way, 239 isn't huge. And you're right, Friday is a new day. I think many of us go over from time to time. I know I do! Something to consider I think - once your goal is no longer weightloss, days like this are gonna happen - some are gonna be a little higher than others. Learning to manage them now will serve all of us well when we get to goal. I recall an earlier post from you mentioning thinking of calories as $$. It really struck me because I often think of them that way too. So if I overspend on something, I know I have to manage other areas of my budget a little differently the next few days or weeks. Hope tomorrow is exactly what you're planning it to be!

I am working at the RDI of 1800... Yeah I know that it is not huge.. but in my minds eye, and my psychological make up.. if I go over 1900 then I blew it.. I guess due to the fact that I have no self control when I am eating, trying to change that. Last night I thought before doing my final recording- ok I am way below my calorie intake-- thinking that I ate hardly anything..but then it hit me as I entered the last few items.. geez..went over. It not help matters that I had been at or near the same weight for the last six days-- I mentioned that on facebook, and sure enough my body made me a liar..lol... Thanks for the encouragement! I greatly appreciate it! :-D
