Been going to the gym almost every morning. Getting up before 6 is not any task for me but I've been pretty consistent. Down fall, though I enjoy working out with my sister, I've noticed that my body fat% has gone up as also my weight. This did happen last time we worked out together. I'm almost positive it's the breakfast we are having together. I'm usually fine eating a piece of fruit, a boiled egg or dry cereal or a cup of sugar free oatmeal but when we're together this is not what we are eating. We're not necessarily eating anything unhealthy but it's just not working for me. Confused what to do without discouraging her too.

Sounds like you answered your own question. Eat your fruit, egg, cereal, oatmeal. It is great to have support, but you are ultimately doing this for you. Best of luck.

Shared meals don't have to mean shared food :). If working out with your sister helps you get up in the morning, then it's good to keep it up. Just gently start eating your own thing. If you're both supporting each other in your "get healthy" efforts, she should understand.

Are you getting less sleep because you are getting up early?

Keep your partner and choose your own food. I saw some research that says we tend to eat the way others are eating at the table. If they eat chips and salsa, so will we. Yet, if one person asks for it not to come out, nobody else makes a qualm about not having it. Humans are very social creatures. Also might be fun to choose a totally helpful breakfast and one serving of sin to split (like shredded cheese or 1 oz syrup, etc). Divide and conquer!
