Two Dr. appointments tomorrow out of town, hemotologist and podiatrist. Going to be a long day. Maybe the Dr. will be able to figure out what is up with my low white blood count.Tired of being tired all the time.Leave next week for vacation and will try and stay on track as best as I can. Every meal will be at a restaurant ugh.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
