Sat - Tue, avg daily steps over 15k, avg daily food intake over 2400

The more I walk, the hungrier I get

Will keep logging and probably decrease both steps and food intake as it is easier to move less, eat less.

I’m glad I am logging. This data is invaluable

It always helps me to eat a bit more protein on those days. Like a Greek yogurt or something. That's impressive 15k steps! Great job!
