Eidetiker's Journal, 22 June 2021

Woohoo 🎉 all the vacation weight came off. Once I get under 145 I'm adjusting my goal weight to 125 (this is on the heavier side of 'normal' for my height 5'/152 cm). My husband told me a few months ago that it's impossible to expect my body to get back to the weight I was when I was 18. I take that as a challenge, I will prove him wrong!
145.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
