The Love of Fit's Journal, 21 May 2014

Still working hard and loving having these challenges. I've slipped a few times on the chocolate BUT I have to say it's been much better than before. Hopefully this will become habit and much easier to continue in the future. Also school and internship started up again so it makes it a little easier to walk away from food (as I have no choice but to run everywhere with how busy I've become). Packing lunches and dinners helps eliminate any snacking or 'options' outside of my planned diet. Hope everyone has a great day!
134.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Great job! I'm doing well in the chocolate challenge but I am failing the nothing to eat after 7pm challenge because to stop myself from eating chocolate I make myself a big bowl if fruit! But I see it as the lesser evil;-) when my body gets used to the no junk I'll slowly cut down on the evening fruit feast;-) have a great week at school and work!
