Ok blew my diet big time today.. BIG TIME.. geez... tomorrow is another day...

Thanks FisherWoman.. I am not discouraged.. but just re mindful that it is a life style change not a diet.. (Yes, I had weighed myself today Sunday, Saturday I blew it, and gained a pound...).. IT is amazing how much that calories can influence your DAILY weight.. even if you blow it for one day.. SO far, I am back on track... :-D
