oof da.
weekend was a write off. For some reason i decided to scrap my diet and go on a binge. Had chips (doritos) half a big bag, and half a big bag of ketchup chips, ice cream cake and then a slice of chocolate cheesecake, way too much white wine and a bottle of coke... From Friday to Sunday i had about 3000 extra calories, that of course equals a pound of fat. FUGDE!! Back on today but I am so upset with myself that my hard work was so easily reversed.

the worst part of it is that my body noticed- I am up by almost 5 pounds. Right now am hating myself.

ooooof i fell off board a bit too over the weekend... important to just get back after it and not let a bad day or two ruin it all!! :) good luck!
