I am back from a much needed weekend away. I have communed with my coffee. The weather is warm for the first time since October. The sun is out and bright. I have decided to take my life back. Last week was a horrid week and I just can't let that defeat me.

One of my best friends, who is also losing weight, is going to pass on her over sized clothes to me. She's only 29. I'll look like a little, old apple doll dressed too young (but in very pretty, fresh things). That's alright. I CAN wear purple! LOL. We had a lovely visit this weekend and gave each other a much needed confidence/mood boost and a new energy to forge ahead. I love my friends. I am a very lucky lady.
