Ate crackers last night with coconut oil. Wonder if that is why I gained .5lb even though i was under my calorie count. I was tired yesterday on my walk. Allergies kicking my butt.

Weightlifting: you can use anything. My preference is kettlebells. I have a selection now. Starting with 2 8kg all the way up to 32kg. But anything will really do. A bag of sand is great. Just be careful and engage your core whenever you lift. I feel you with the allergies. This year mine seem to be particular bad. I just started using Beconase nose spray. That seems to work a bit better than any other. Have a good weekend :)
