Been away for a few days, but still being aware of what and how much I eat. With the nice weather, I spend 90% of my time outdoors. Our property needs quite a bit of upkeep and with all the trimming and cleaning and raking a garbage hauling, my appetite is HUGE! Hopefully that does not show up on the scale. Didn't do anything much special for Easter, no baking or food prep...kinda nice to just chill...I will be baking and freezing cake tiers and doing prep for my Grand daughter's 6th Birthday. It will be pretty elaborate, but i am jazzed, I am kind of a "cake queen" and enjoy the creative process and the accolades of praise i get when its all said and done!
