Was up to 170 on Tuesday. Have been busier the last few days so it was easy to get rid of those 2 pounds. So happy that it is spring so I can get out and do yard work and clean the garage and get projects going without freezing being outdoors. It will certainly help me get past my winter and mourning plateau that I have been on.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 21.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
