Today I joined a 50 lb. Weight Loss Challenge.
So: 1 - I need to change my weight loss goal from -48 to -50. No problem. 2 - I promise to exercise one hour a day.
On Exercise I can do this. I own a Wii Fit for work days and have a dog who would love to walk on the weekends. No Excuses allowed.
Lets go!!!
