Had a melt down on Friday. My "fat" jeans are tight. My belly is huge. Thank goodness for an amazing, loving , supportive boyfriend. I feel I work out . I did have a bad week last week with stress and eating pint of ice cream. Probably too much fat in coconut milk, avocado and such. Something is irritating my stomach (maybe eggs, peanuts/almond butter). That sucks. I def need more protein.
