So I decided to start recording my food again, despite the success of my experiment to see if I could stay on a steady loss without doing so for the past month or so. I'm curious to see where I am am as far as calories, carbs, protein, etc this week. Cant hurt, anyway lol

I am pushing water as I think I am retaining some...I will admit I havent been as vigilant about my salt intake as I was before (discovered a yummy gourmet cheese....too much salt though)....I also ate red meat several times in the past week, and that is upsetting my tummy a little much too. I also "hit the bottle" of Big Red Friday night and drank about 3 oz before I felt sick. Everything combined over a 5 day period has made me full of trapped gas and fluid and has NOT been a pleasant experience. I've had alot of stress and surprise, I dealt with it with food....not as bad as I used to (no brownies or cookies or Sonic burgers), but it was still less than ideal eating and I think I need to monitor myself really well for a week or 2 (or 3) until I get back into that metabolic sweet spot I was in all those weeks.

Figured I needed a little checkup with myself....my weight loss over the last month or so has been steady and decent but I dont want it to screw up because I got cocky. lol
