So, here's one for the WIN column.
Our lifestyle change for the last 7 1/2 months has not just affected our lives. Our dogs went to the vet this morning, and were pronounced healthy, fit and active...and a healthy weight! This time last year, we were given pamphlets and information of canine obesity.

We cut out the extra leftovers and the excess junk food in their diets and got them moving and active with us when we started this....and it's made a huge difference in their health.

I am proud-we've not only changed OUR lives, we changed and extended our dogs' lives. Our whole family has gotten healthier. :)
