Well folks, when the boss is buying lunch and it's a mexican restaurant - was I good by getting the taco salad? (didn't eat the shell...well, maybe a few bites) - and I passed on the soapapilla (though it sounded marvelous)! So, this put me over my carb limit for the day. Maybe it will even out over the week - I'm in week 4 so I guess I can re-adapt...and I've been SO good!
