caution when hungry at night
recommend small snack at 5 pm and meditate for 15 min
small meal at 6-7 pm
avoid repeated snacks after dinner, i.e. avoid tv
be active walk bike lift, do finance work, active w boys or Solveig, or friend instead
lots to do
