First 16 hour fast day but miscalculated, it was actually 18 hours. No fat coffee this morning but lots of other fluids including a full glass of coconut water that I think may have been a mistake. It's 100% pure coconut water but has a heap of carbs. It's very healthy and I'd like to keep on having it in my diet but I'll have to watch the quantity in future. I'm hoping all the other fluid is going to magically wash those carbs away.
