Cold is worse. It's settled into my chest. I had less than an exemplary weigh-in today but, at least, I lost. My huge pot of smoked turkey bean soup is done. I can't smell it but it tastes good. Now I need to get the necessities done and see if I can go back to sleep. I'm sorry I'm such rotten company this week. My buddies have been very kind. Hugs!

Mmm... cannellini beans are so good. Don't worry about taking time off from FS to heal. I go MIA sometimes, but buddies are so nice to pick up where we left off. Take care, Jo. :)

Sorry to hear that you are still feeling under the weather Johanne. Try to stay with very light liquids only. There seems to be a particularly nasty flu going around this year. Feel better soon buddy!
